At Tartoer, we roast specialty coffee with care, curiosity, and a love for honest craft. Each batch is roasted on our Giesen W6 in small quantities to highlight the character of every origin — from bright and floral Ethiopian beans to chocolatey Brazilian and smooth Colombian or Peruvian coffees.

Micro Roastery

We roast in small batches to keep things personal and precise. Each origin — Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, or Peru — tells its own story through taste.

Our approach is simple: roast light to let the coffee speak for itself. No blends hiding behind uniformity — just honest single origins, sourced with respect and roasted with intention.
